Trial Terms and Conditions
Requests for the Active Trader free trial must be made by secure mail. Requests made by any other means cannot be actioned.
The free trial period will run for the remainder of the calendar month in which the client subscribes until the end of the following month.
Unless the subscription is cancelled by secure mail before the end of the trial period, €50 + VAT will be charged with value date of the first calendar day of the month following the trial period and every subsequent month. The charge will be made in the subscriber's "preferred currency".
Subscription can be cancelled at any time and will take effect from the first day of the following month.
No pro-rata amounts will be charged or refunded.
Subscribers who trade more than 30 times per rolling 3-month period will receive the service free of charge from the first day of the month following the 30th trade. Subsequently, the service will not be disabled providing trading activity does not fall below 30 per rolling 3-month period. If the service is disabled due to lower activity, to regain access, clients must subscribe again via securemail or trade more than 30 times per rolling 3-month period .
The trial period will not be extended in the event of any technical issues.
Subscribers not already receiving the daily newsletter will receive it from the second week of the month after the Active Trader free trial.
